Food Service
Prodigy ice machines are perfect for foodservice operations due to their cost saving efficiency and self monitorig technology. Prodigy uses less water and energy than traditional ice machines, saving you money year after year. Producing from 200 - 2,000 lbs. of ice per day, our Prodigy ice machines provides smart technology along with ease of operation and service. Models available in 22", 30" and 48" widths.
Cube ice is a popular choice in the foodservice industry for drinks - carbonated or mixed. Cubes nestle in the glass for high liquid displacement, which means better quality drinks for customers, less splashing and higher profits for operators.
Producing from 200 - 2,000 lbs. of ice per day, our CM3 ice machines provide a greater amount of cube ice faster, more reliably and less expensively than any other ice machine in its class. Models available in 22", 30" and 48" widths.
Storing from 160-220 lbs. of cube ice, our ice dispensers offer flexibility and self-service for a wide variety of facility configurations. Available in 22" or 30" models, these dispensers, when combined with Scotsman's cube ice machines, can dispense up to 1,000 lbs. of ice per day.
