Guest Ice
Scotsman has guest-friendly dispensing bins designed with convenience and guest comfort in mind. Available in 22" or 30" widths and storing from 90-190 lbs. of ice, our hotel dispensers offer sanitary and reliable dispensing every time. Combine our dispensers with our Prodigy or CM3 Ice Machines, which produce from 200-700 lbs. of ice a day, and you will always have enough ice for your guests.
For sizing, in an average hotel or motel, operators should base their ice needs on 3lbs.per room. However, plan on substantially more demand if guests are allowed to fill ice chests.
Producing up to 30 lbs. of perfectly clear, gourmet cube ice, our self-contained ice machine offers convenience for large guest suites. Storing up to 26lbs. of ice, these 15" wide units are designed to be built-in and can be matched with a companion refrigerator for enhanced guest service.
Food Service
Prodigy ice machines are perfect for foodservice operations due to their cost saving efficiency and self monitorig technology. Prodigy uses less water and energy than traditional ice machines, saving you money year after year. Producing from 200 - 2,000 lbs. of ice per day, our Prodigy ice machines provides smart technology along with ease of operation and service. Models available in 22", 30" and 48" widths.
Cube ice is a popular choice in the foodservice industry for drinks - carbonated or mixed. Cubes nestle in the glass for high liquid displacement, which means better quality drinks for customers, less splashing and higher profits for operators.
Producing from 200 - 2,000 lbs. of ice per day, our CM3 ice machines provide a greater amount of cube ice faster, more reliably and less expensively than any other ice machine in its class. Models available in 22", 30" and 48" widths.

Ideal for salad buffets, blended drinks or meat displays, flake and nugget ice offer cooling power and slow-melting capability with low production costs.
Producing from 450-2,400 lbs. of ice per day, our flake and nugget ice machines provide a greater amount of flake or nugget ice in 22", 30" and 42" widths. Our flake and nugget ice machines feature innovations and improvements that contribute to longer life and lower operation and maintenance costs.
Storing from 160-220 lbs. of cube ice, our ice dispensers offer flexibility and self-service for a wide variety of facility configurations. Available in 22" or 30" models, these dispensers, when combined with Scotsman's CM3 ice machines, can dispense up to 1,000 lbs. of ice per day.
